Step 1: Buy a pair of shoes!
Let's help families get quality shoes for their children this Christmas.
New to the Redeemer Gift Shop for 2026 is the new Redeemer Shoe Shop! We are proud to partner with a nonprofit called First Blessings (you can learn more about them here), a shoe ministry dedicated to helping Texas communities provide shoes for those in need. We are excited to be the hands and feet of Jesus in covering the feet of his children!

Help us reach 150 pairs of shoes by December 8!
Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it?
— James 2:15-16

Step 2: Buy a gift to donate!
Let's help families place high value gifts under the tree this Christmas.
This year, we're aiming to raise 150 gifts to go along with 150 pairs of shoes. You can purchase these gifts at any retail store you choose. We ask that the valuation of the gift be at least $25 or more. We've included a link below to an Amazon registry with suggested gifts that can be shipped directly to the church building for the ultimate convenience!

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to purchase the shoes myself?
Nope! Your donation goes to First Blessings who will bring the shoes for the shoe shop! There is no need or avenue for you to purchase and deliver the shoes yourself. We are simply asking you to donate.
How many shoes can I buy?
As many shoes as you would like! Simply determine the number of shoes you would like to buy and give that amount. For example: 4 pairs of shoes = $25x4=$100
How can I register for a pair of shoes for my children?
If you, or someone you know has a child in need of shoes, registration can be found here.
Do I have to buy from the Amazon registry?
Nope! Feel free to buy from any retailer you choose. We only ask that you purchase gifts with a valuation of $25 or more. Please deliver the gifts to Redeemer Church building by December 8th.
Can I spend less than $25 if the gift is on sale?
Absolutely. Our goal is to purchase high quality gifts valued at $25 or more. If you can find a gift that is ordinarily $25+ at a cheaper, more affordable price, we encourage you to.
How many gifts can I donate to the gift shop?
There is no limitation on the amount of gifts you can donate to The Redeemer Gift Shop. Give as the Lord calls you to!
What are the age ranges? Is it for both boys and girls?
The age range is 2 years old to 12 years old for both boys and girls.
Do I need to be a member to volunteer?
Nope! We invite all to participate in the generosity of God this Christmas season!
Can I volunteer if I am also a shopper?
You absolutely can. We would love for anyone in need to participate in both sides of the generosity of God!
If I have questions, who should I ask?
Email us at info@redeemerbrady.com and we would be happy to help you with any questions you have!

About Us
Why does The Redeemer Gift Shop exist?
We believe that the God of the scriptures — the one who gives life to your lungs in this very moment, and cares for a black hole a billion lightyears away — is over and abundantly a God of generosity. This is made most evident in the Nativity story at Christmastime. We long for the people of our great town and county to experience just a taste of God's radical generosity by offering gifts that we do not benefit from at a price that doesn't make sense for a profit that is donated to Brady Elementary School.
Every shopper will pay $3 for a pair of $25 shoes and $3 for a $25 gift under the tree. That's a valuation of $50 for only $6! And there's more: all proceeds are donated to Brady Elementary School. The math doesn't make sense, but neither does God's abounding grace and generous mercy. Why do we do this? God is just too good not to!
